Before any change can occur, we orient to the structure within. The heart has architecture — patterns of protection, openness, contraction, and flow. Awareness of your internal landscape sets the foundation for all work to come.


Day 1 —
Radical Inventory


Begin by noticing what is real.

Radical inventory invites you to observe where your life aligns — and where it does not. Awareness is the first act of courage. You cannot change what you have not first acknowledged.


Today’s Reflection

Most people live inside stories they’ve never examined — assumptions about who they are, what they can handle, and what they deserve. Today is about gently uncovering these stories, noticing where your life does not align with your true self, and beginning to name the truths you’ve been overlooking. This is the first step toward clarity and conscious choice.
Awareness is not cruelty. It is respect.
